LBC Tracking Says Delivered but Package Not Received

What to do when an LBC parcel shows as delivered but the receiver still cannot find it.

By LBC Tracking Team

Start with the simplest checks

If LBC tracking says a shipment was delivered but the receiver does not have it, first rule out a household or building handoff. Many parcels are accepted by a relative, guard, front desk, or coworker before the actual recipient sees them.

Check these places first

  1. Family members or housemates
  2. Building reception or security
  3. Office mailroom or staff
  4. Neighbors if the address is very close by

Then contact the sender and LBC

If nobody has the parcel, contact LBC with the tracking number and ask for the delivery details. The sender should also be involved because they may be asked to confirm the shipment information.

Why this can happen

  • The parcel was received by another person at the address
  • The address was similar to a nearby one
  • The delivery scan happened before the handoff issue was noticed

Move quickly

The sooner you raise the issue, the easier it is to review the delivery route while the details are still fresh. Waiting too long can make investigation harder.

Summary

A delivered status does not always mean the parcel is gone, but it does need quick follow-up. Start locally, then escalate to LBC with the tracking number if the shipment still cannot be found.
